A little over a week ago, we were buying a party dress, making a reservation, or planning to snuggle up on a couch to watch the ball drop. We were thinking about the past year. We may have named a resolution or four.
Lose Weight. Get Organized. Spend Less. Though 90% of us share at least one of these resolutions, they are ambiguous at best. Resolutions are ambiguous. They are amorphous and they are fleeting. GOALS are different.

In my coaching and consulting practice, I help go getters create and pursue SMART goals. Email RachelBDorsey at Gmail to set up a time to chat or join GET IT! My strategic goal-setting workshop. February registration now open!
